Ok first of all the problem i was having was i could put in my title for my blog but couldn't type in the detail area for these silly adds were there
HOW TO deactivate it:
You must first look close at the add, the top right side it had a little arrow thing i scrolled over it and it said options
Press OPTIONS
Then DEACTIVATE THEN YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO
